Building Blocks is a multipurpose, flexible, and long- term savings and protection plan which guarantees payment of a lump sum on completion of the term of the policy. The plan aims to serve your long-term expensive financial needs such as children’s education, marriage, your retirement planning, house building and so on.

Product Overview

• Fulfill all your responsibilities at every point of time
• Evidence of good health is not required for the basic policy
• The benefit payable on death before the maturity is the Account Value or the premiums paid whichever is the greater
• Multiple settlement options available at maturity: you can take account value in lump sum, take account value in four equal installments or use account value to buy lifetime pension guaranteed for a minimum of 20 years.
• Multiple modes of premium payment options are available: Annual, Semi-Annual, Quarterly and Monthly (by banking order)
• The plan also offers escalation of premium at an annual rate of 5% to mitigate effect of inflation
• The policy starts to acquire a cash value from the second year onward provided that premiums for two full years have been paid.
• No fixed basic premiums; you are free to select any premium amount subject to minimum of PKR 8,000 per installment.
• You may increase or decrease the premium as the circumstances may warrant
• A host of optional riders are available to enhance coverage
